Poster and Presentation Guidelines
Presentations will be limited to 15 minutes in length with 5 minutes for questions. Standard AV equipment and overhead projection systems will be available in all presentation rooms. Please send any special requests to Steve Bachofer (bachofer@stmarys-ca.edu)
 
Posters presentations will be limited by the the size of the poster boards. Please make sure your poster can be accommodated by size of the poster board, 3 ft by 4 ft.
 
 
Abstract Submission Instructions
Abstract submission forms for presentations and posters are are due by April 20th, 2009.
 
You will need adobe acrobat reader to fill out the form. This is a free program available for Mac or PC and can be downloaded from adobe at http://get.adobe.com/reader/
The form is submitted via email to Jeff Sigman (jsigman@stmarys-ca.edu). Please make sure you are connected to the internet when you are ready to submit the form.
